Steam That Hamburger!

Steamed hamburgers are hard to find. You might want to give this a shot as I think you will like it. They are easy to make, juicy but not greasy.

Here is how to do a Steam-burger at home without an actual steamer (This would be good for 1-3 burgers):

1. Put ¼” water into a fry pan or pot. Cover & boil.

2. Add ground chuck patties.

3. Cook 3-5 minutes per side.

4. Place in bun or between two pieces of toast, garnish & enjoy.

Try it. Let me know how you like it.

If I were to ever open a food joint in the Peoria area or Ottawa, or somewhere else, here are the main items I would put on the menu:

* Steamed Hamburgers (best burger you’ve ever had)

* Tenderloins (Peoria Style – The Best)

* Grouper Sandwich – Mouthwatering good (Florida Style)

* Pizza – (Patterned after Alfano’s in Ottawa, Galesburg, Knoxville IL)

* Grilled Cheese on Texas Toast with sliced tomatoes on the side

* Veggie Sandwich

* Spinach based salad

Feedback always welcome.
